Job summary

Grupo Myth is seeking an experienced Scrum Master for a remote contract (6 months with extension) to guide a software development team in delivering refined stories for maximum business value. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, coordinate with product owners, vendors, and multiple business and technology teams, and ensure timely project status updates.

Requirements include 8+ years in Scrum Master roles, CSM certification (required) with CSP or PMI-ACP preferred, plus

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Scrum Master experience with a Software Development team.
• Project management experience in the financial services or technology industry.
• Experience managing multiple/combined complex projects in a successful program.
• CSM certification required; CSP or PMI-ACP preferred.
• MS Office, MS Project, JIRA and Confluence knowledge.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of CCM.

Responsibilities:

• Working with the product owner to ensure the team are delivering on refined stories in a prioritized fashion to maximum business benefit
• Facilitate agile processes including sprint iteration planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives and release planning
• Ensure removal of team level impediments and escalates non-team level blockers to conclusion
• Facilitate group meetings such as workshops.
• Act as liaison between multiple business teams, technology teams and vendors to facilitate communications and support a shared vision of delivered functionality
• Timely communication of project statuses

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Scrum Master experience with a Software Development team
