Michael Page Colombia partners with a leading global manufacturer undergoing a digital transformation of its supply chain and planning operations, leveraging SAP IBP to optimize forecasting, inventory, and S&OP processes. The role designs, configures and maintains IBP solutions, and ensures robust integration with CIDS/RTI and broader SAP components.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Industrial Engineering or related field, with 5–10 years in supply chain planning environments.
• 3–5 years hands-on SAP IBP experience with strong technical knowledge.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical SAP IBP solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure and maintain SAP IBP solutions including DP, SP, S&OP and IO.
• Support and enhance CIDS and RTI integration frameworks.
• Configure planning areas, master data types, attributes, key figures, planning operators, time profiles and alerts.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning, Finance and BW teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application, integration and data issues ensuring system stability and performance.
• Develop and improve SAP IBP Analytics Stories and reporting capabilities.
• Support upgrades, testing, deployments and system enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, processes and support materials.
• Deliver user training and ongoing support for planners across the organization.
• Ensure effective integration between SAP IBP and SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW and APO.
• Participate in planning system modernization initiatives and solution roadmaps.

Descripción

• Design, configure and maintain SAP IBP solutions including Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning (SP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Inventory Optimization (IO).
• Support and enhance CIDS and RTI integration frameworks.
• Configure planning areas, master data types, attributes, key figures, planning operators, time profiles and alerts.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning, Finance and BW teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application, integration and data issues while ensuring system stability, accuracy and performance.
• Develop and improve SAP IBP Analytics Stories and reporting capabilities.
• Support upgrades, testing activities, deployments and system enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows and support materials.
• Deliver user training and ongoing support for planners across the organization.
• Ensure effective integration between SAP IBP and broader SAP ecosystem components, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW and APO.
• Participate in planning system modernization initiatives, solution selection and implementation projects.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps and continuous improvement programs.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline, combined with 5-10 years of experience supporting supply chain planning environments.

You will bring at least 3-5 years of hands‑on SAP IBP experience with strong technical knowledge of:
