The role involves managing the Employee Central module's configuration and supporting project teams with testing and data management. Overview

SAP SuccessFactors Specialist – Employee Central (EC) contract position. Employment Type: Contract. Job Number: 12282. Workplace Type: Hybrid.

Responsibilities

Context: Role focused on ensuring accurate configuration, data management, and testing support for the Employee Central module, with a broad view to extend capabilities to other SuccessFactors modules. Mainly they will support Testing and the team on the projects.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Schedule: 37.5 – 40 hours per week
• Duration: 3 months+ renewal option – up to 1 year
• Locations: Colombia (Medellin) or Mexico – Travel might be required
• Work model: Hybrid – 1 or 2 days onsite per week
• Language: Bilingual English and Spanish are essential, both oral and written
• Must have work authorization in the country where this job is located
