Amrize is seeking a seasoned SAP Finance/Controlling specialist to manage and improve SAP Financial Modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements, reliability, and SLAs, using ServiceNow and Jira for incident management.

Collaborate with process owners to analyze requirements, maintain configurations, document R2R processes, and guide ABAP integrations. Ensure monthly close and cross-module harmony while sharing FI/CO knowledge across the team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 5+ years SAP Finance/Controlling experience.
• Must be proficient in GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, PA, and Bank Accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage system changes from development to production per procedures.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Ensure monthly close is completed on time with accurate financials.
• Analyze SAP module integrations to ensure smooth cross-module operation.
• Transfer knowledge on FI and CO to team and users.

Role:

Manage and improve the SAP Financial Modules to ensure alignment with business requirements, maintain system reliability, comply with service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure the smooth running of financial operations. Through the implementation of financial functions, incident resolution, and the execution of change and incident management processes using tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business process owners to propose solutions that address requirements for assigned change and service requests, by analyzing, identifying, and documenting in detail the needs of the financial and control process, describing its current operation step by step, with the aim of proposing technological solutions that optimize its efficiency, integrity, and alignment with business requirements.
• Provide support and perform maintenance on system configuration, responding to incidents and requests, in order to ensure that end users obtain the expected results in their financial and control processes.
• Identify and document new processes related to the Record to Report (R2R) cycle, with the aim of generating a structured source of information that serves as a reference, support, and starting point for the team in future cases or initiatives.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers to define and guide technical and integrating solutions.
• Provide support and perform functional configuration of financial and control modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (AA), Controlling (CO), Profitability Analysis (PA), Bank Accounting, and Real Estate Flexible (RE-FX), in order to ensure the proper functioning of processes and their alignment with business needs.
• Manage changes to the system, ensuring the correct implementation of the required solutions from the development environment to the production environment, in accordance with established procedures.
• Analyze bottlenecks in financial and control processes, with the aim of identifying opportunities for improvement that increase efficiency and reduce operating times.
• Ensure the monthly accounting close, making sure it is done on time so that accurate and timely financial information is available to support decision-making.
• Analyze system integration between SAP modules to design comprehensive solutions that ensure smooth operation between them, evaluating and measuring the potential impacts on the different modules after integration.
• Ensure knowledge transfer regarding the FI (Finance) and CO (Controlling) modules, promoting cross-functional knowledge within the team and providing support to users when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and/ or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling area of expertise.
• Required Technical Knowledge (SAP World): Mandatory proficiency across all of the following modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (AA), Controlling (CO), Profitability Analysis (PA), and Bank Accounting.
• Real Estate Flexible (RE-FX) and Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
• Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate FI or CO (Desirable).
