Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced SAP BW/4HANA / SAP Datasphere Engineer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise data warehousing and analytics solutions in a hybrid Puerto Rico-based role.

The ideal candidate will build scalable data models, implement high-performance data integration, and collaborate with analytics teams to deliver robust BI capabilities using SAP tools, with a strong emphasis on migration to cloud platforms.

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• 2+ years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA or SAP BW on HANA
• HANA modeling and SQLScript expertise
• Experience designing complex BW objects (ADSOs, CompositeProviders, ODS Views)
• Hands‑on ABAP knowledge for transformations, user exits, and routines
• Strong understanding of data modeling best practices and performance optimization

Responsabilidades

• Assist with incident resolution, performance tuning, and root cause analysis for SAP data systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support DevOps processes including gCTS/CTS+, Git-based workflows, CI/CD automation.
• Contribute to architecture roadmaps, technology evaluations, and long-term strategic planning.

We are seeking an experienced SAP BW/4HANA / SAP Datasphere Engineer to work the design, development, and optimization of enterprise data warehousing and analytics solutions. What You Will Do:
