Formación

• 2+ years of experience with SAP Commerce Cloud in a support or operations context.
• Strong incident management skills across triage, escalation and resolution.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills to diagnose production problems.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve SAP Commerce Cloud incidents to restore service within agreed timelines.
• Monitor platform health and service indicators to ensure system stability.
• Investigate recurring problems and propose corrective and preventive actions.
