Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a SAP BTP DevOps Engineer to manage CI/CD pipelines and environment health across DEV/QA/PROD landscapes. You will maintain MTA configurations, monitor logs, and coordinate secure deployments with certificate rotation and secret management.

The role requires expertise in SAP BTP Cloud Foundry, XSUAA/SAP IAS, and security gate tools, with strong Linux and Git-based workflows, and English communication skills for technical documentation and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in DevOps or platform engineering roles with SAP BTP.
• Expertise in SAP BTP Cloud Foundry including subaccount administration and MTA deployments.
• Proficiency in Jenkins CI/CD with pipeline configuration and build/deploy/security stages.
• Knowledge of XSUAA and SAP IAS for certificate rotation and token validation.
• Experience with security gate tools such as SonarQube, Mend/WhiteSource, Checkmarx, Fortify.
• Background in SAP HANA Cloud HDI container lifecycle and artifact management.
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and branching for multi-landscape releases.
• English proficiency (B2+) for technical documentation and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Jenkins CI/CD pipelines across DEV/QA/PROD.
• Ensure landscape parity, service health, and entitlement compliance.
• Rotate XSUAA certificates and Credential Store secrets before expiration.
• Triage security findings and coordinate CVE remediation with dev teams.
• Execute and validate deployments with rollback capabilities.
• Coordinate release management and produce environment health summaries.
• Manage MTA/mta.yaml and manifest.yml configurations under version control.
• Monitor SAP Cloud Logging and Alerts for proactive issue detection.
