AgileEngine in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable CRM solutions using Apex, LWCs, and Flows. You will implement AI-assisted capabilities like Agentforce to enhance sales and service workflows on the Salesforce platform.

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
• Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
• Understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

• Optimize platform performance, maintain code quality, and enforce secure development practices.

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to code reviews, release planning, and technical documentation.

ABOUT THE ROLE
