EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Model Analyst in Colombia to refine data structures and align them with business needs.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design enhancements, validate Sales/Revenue models, and interpret data to support strategic decisions.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Model, Sales and Revenue models, and Marketing Tables.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making.
• Knowledge of SQL querying and data governance within Salesforce environments.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and refine the existing Salesforce Data Model to align with business requirements
• Collaborate with 3-5 teammates to design and implement enhancements to the data structure
• Evaluate Sales and Revenue models and Marketing Tables to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Interpret and analyze data to support informed decision-making
• Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate findings
• Identify and resolve data-related challenges through effective problem-solving approachesApply best practices in data governance and management within Salesforce environments

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Model, Sales and Revenue models, and Marketing Tables
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making
• Knowledge of SQL querying
• Skills in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges and implement effective solutions
• Familiarity with best practices in data governance and management within Salesforce environments
