Job summary

Intellias Colombia is seeking an experienced Salesforce-focused software engineer to design, develop, test, and implement business applications for large-scale initiatives. You will work in a 100% remote environment with an English-speaking team and an indefinite contract.

The role requires 5 years of app development, 2+ years with Salesforce and CPQ, and expertise in APEX, Visualforce, and CPQ integrations. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of application development experience.
• 2+ years of experience with the Salesforce ecosystem and lightning framework.
• Experience in Salesforce CPQ integration with external systems and managed packages (Mandtory).
• Must have knowledge and practical application of Salesforce CPQ, both out of the box and customizations (Mandatory).
• Must have the knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX; Force.com APIs, Web Services, and Experience builder.
• Experience with source control systems like Azure DevOps, GIT.
• Experience with the creation and maintenance of Salesforce / CPQ profiles, permission sets, and objects.
• Deliver solutions in Agile methodology in CI/CD environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute all phases of the software development life cycle.
• Assess operational needs, costs, and resource requirements for assigned projects, collaborating with project managers as needed.
• Work in agile team alongside the Product Owner, applying Salesforce/CPQ best practices and design methodologies.
• Identify and address issues requiring attention, resolving them with a clear understanding of the underlying business problem.
• Make informed technical decisions aligned with the product roadmap, architecture standards, and management directives.
• Deliver projects and tasks in a timely manner, providing regular status updates during daily scrums.
