EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Architect to define the technical strategy for Salesforce initiatives and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and drive architecture decisions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication with client stakeholders, and a proven track record of delivering large Salesforce programs in dynamic environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years in technology or related fields.
• At least 3 years in leadership, management, architect, or coordinator roles.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ for at least 2 years.
• Led 5+ full project cycles or launches.
• Comprehensive Salesforce platform expertise including Sales/Service/Community Clouds.

Responsabilidades
