EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Architect to shape the technical direction of Salesforce solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, guide developers, and communicate with client managers to translate requirements into scalable IT solutions. The role demands deep Salesforce expertise, leadership experience with large teams, and a proven track record across multiple full-cycle projects, including integration with external systems and data

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IS or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of technology experience with leadership roles.
• Led large teams (20+ people) on multiple full-cycle projects.
• Deep Salesforce expertise across core clouds and related products.
• Strong English communication skills with client stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the technical vision for Salesforce implementations.
• Lead teams in integrating with external systems and data quality management.
• Guide developers and technical staff to build scalable, high-performing solutions.
• Communicate with client managers and dev teams to align IT strategy with business goals.
• Educate technology teams on new frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Manage architectural risks and translate designs into operating IT solutions.
• Oversee ongoing tech activities and deliver new features and refactors.
