Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Architect to shape Salesforce platform architecture and ensure solutions align with business outcomes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to guide scalable implementations and maintain reliable systems. Responsibilities include defining the technical vision for Salesforce deployments, mentoring developers, and coordinating with client managers to capture requirements and align IT strategy with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in technology roles; minimum 3 years in leadership/architect roles.
• Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform and related clouds.
• Experience with Salesforce Vlocity, DEP, B2B Commerce Cloud on Lightning.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with client managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver technical projects (telecommunications or similar).
• Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• Certifications in Salesforce Architecture or related domains are a plus.
