About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, advanced development, DevOps, security, and platform optimization. The ideal candidate should have proven technical leadership skills, the ability to design scalable and secure solutions, and experience translating complex business requirements into effective technical strategies.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead technical planning and solution design for Salesforce initiatives.
• Define and manage the Salesforce technology roadmap.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks.
• Conduct impact assessments for new developments, integrations, and platform changes.

Leadership Skills

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams.
• Mentor and coach developers to strengthen technical capabilities and best practices.
• Make informed technical decisions aligned with business objectives.
• Manage technical conflicts and facilitate effective problem resolution.
• Influence stakeholders and negotiate technical solutions.
• Communicate technical strategies and architectural decisions to executive stakeholders.
• Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and collaborative problem-solving sessions.

Requirements

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Define data models, object structures, and relationships.
• Design and manage multi-cloud Salesforce architectures.
• Establish platform governance standards and architectural best practices.
• Define security strategies, access controls, and permission models.
• Lead and oversee advanced Salesforce development using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Develop and maintain Visualforce components when required.
• Design and optimize queries using SOQL and SOSL.
• Implement Apex Triggers and established development patterns.
• Develop asynchronous processing solutions using Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Schedulable Apex.

DevOps & Quality Assurance

• Manage source code and version control using Git.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DX practices.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
• Use tools such as SonarQube to maintain code quality.
• Define testing strategies and ensure appropriate code coverage.

Performance & Security

• Optimize queries and application performance.
• Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce Governor Limits.
• Conduct security reviews and implement security best practices.
• Manage data protection strategies using Salesforce Shield Encryption.
• Implement auditing and monitoring practices to maintain platform reliability and security.
