We are actively searching for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our vibrant team. This essential role is focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth, serving as the face of our company to prospective clients and playing a vital role in our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling to grow a robust pipeline.
  • Product Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and demos to introduce our products/services to prospective clients.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts, terms, and prices with clients while sustaining profitable margins.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for selling additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Sales Reports: Generate and present regular reports on sales metrics, opportunities, and threats.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to improve the overall customer experience and product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales:
    • 1+ years for Junior roles
    • 3+ years for Semi-Senior roles
    • 5+ years for Senior roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a high degree of self-motivation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Experience in our specific industry is a plus but not required.
