Formación

Position Overview

The Sales Operations Associate supports the commercial backbone of the LATAM region, ensuring operational excellence across order management, client support, and data accuracy. This role is key to enabling smooth sales execution and maintaining high service standards.

  • Manage seasonal orders: amendments, client setup, confirmations, and reorders.
  • Support delivery forecasting and help clients achieve optimal fulfillment rates.
  • Provide product information and brand guidance to clients; assist with returns and authenticity queries.
  • Guide clients through return procedures and validate documentation.
  • Support with delivery tracking and data coordination.
  • Assist the sales team during market periods and ensure smooth departmental operations.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong numerical and organizational skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Detail-oriented and communicative, able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience in fashion industry customer service or sales operations.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English; Spanish required, Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience working in LATAM markets and multicultural environments.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and operational KPIs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proactive mindset with high attention to detail.
