Role

Sales Operations Data Analyst at BairesDev

Responsibilities

• Track the metrics and data of the Sales Operations team.
• Maintain master data information.
• Deliver high-quality input documents for meetings and business reviews.
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau reports, and/or BairesDev internal systems.
• Analyze data, preparing summary data cuts (e.g., tables, graphs); providing commentary on findings and trends, shaping discussions, and bringing observations to the team.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills (Macro skills a plus).
• Data analysis and reporting experience.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with ability to work autonomously and remotely.
• Google Data Studio, SQL, or Tableau skills are desirable.
• PowerPoint/Slides is a plus.
• Advanced English level, both oral and written.
