What you'll do

We’re looking for a Sales Operations - Customer Success Excellence professional to strengthen Clara’s revenue engine by driving operational rigor, automation, and strategy across our Customer Success organization. You’ll partner closely with CS leaders, Product, and Data to build scalable programs that unlock growth opportunities and improve portfolio performance.

You’ll help define how we segment, support, and grow customer relationships at scale—empowering both Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Customer Success Associates (CSAs) to deliver consistent and measurable results.

Responsibilities
  • Automate and execute the customer success strategy, identifying revenue opportunities and improving impact.
  • Design and launch large-scale AI-driven campaigns for CSAs and targeted campaigns for CSMs, in collaboration with the Customer Lifecycle, Product, and Data teams.
  • Track campaign performance and implement improvements to drive conversion and retention.
  • Manage portfolio allocation in Hubspot, defining criteria for account assignment and performance goals.
  • Monitor portfolio health and identify at-risk accounts or those with upgrade potential.
  • Ensure the quality and availability of data sets to track CSM/CSA performance, campaign outcomes, and account health.
  • Manage the quarterly goal-setting and variable compensation processes for CSMs and CSAs.
  • Define and evolve performance management frameworks with CSM leadership.
  • Represent CSM needs in strategic initiatives, such as lifecycle communication strategies and product feedback loops.
Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Must haves
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Experience with AI-based workflow automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with BI tools and basic SQL.
  • Proven experience in performance management and strategy development.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions, especially with Sales, Product, and Data teams.
  • Working proficiency in English and Spanish.
Nice to haves
  • Experience supporting Customer Success, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops in a SaaS or fintech environment.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle strategy and success metrics.
  • Experience working with tools like N8N or Google Drive for process management and documentation.
