The role

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as:

Sales Operations

Scope: Full-time | Office: Bogotá| Model: Hybrid

How a day to day would look like in this role
  • Lead the customer onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition from contract signature to steady-state operations.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve the delivery strategy for each client, including service scoping, off-catalogue quoting, and contract renewals.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with the end-to-end (E2E) delivery process, maintaining high standards of quality, response times, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and support a team of Operations Managers across multiple countries, ensuring consistent execution of established processes.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by actively managing outstanding requirements and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, leading issue resolution with a focus on eliminating recurrence and improving internal workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to all Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including speed, quality, credit issuance, and rebilling.
  • Develop deep customer insight by understanding operational behaviors, anticipating needs, and adjusting the delivery strategy based on customer feedback.
What we need to see from you

Profile: Educational background in Business Administration, Management, or related fields (professional or technical level), with proven experience in roles related to sales, operations, or commercial support — ideally within technology companies.

Required Skills:

  • Experience managing end-to-end purchase and sales processes, including quotations, invoicing, and delivery.
  • Previous interaction with distributors, technology partners, and corporate clients.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft licensing and technological solutions.
  • Intermediate English (B1)

Desirable:

Experience with Explore/VL Central and CRM tools is desirable.
