Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and supervise the activities of a sales team within a specified region/district/geography to achieve established sales objectives
  • Develop or implement business strategies for existing and potential accounts
  • Manage the daily activities of a sales team to implement the organization\'s overall sales strategy for an assigned region/district/geography
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key account personnel and relevant functions to support sales, marketing, development programs, service, and clinical activities. Identifies opportunities and develops new programs to meet the organization\'s sales plans to increase market share
  • Evaluate the need for new sales programs and processes, conduct competitive analysis, and implement strategies
  • Train sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization\'s products and services; on marketing sales promotions and campaigns; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards to help them achieve their sales goals
Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Five years of experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, ideally in product management, marketing, or commercial operations
  • Five years of experience leading teams and sales quota
  • Fluent in English level
  • Knowledge using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Great leadership skills
