The Position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at FullStack. As a Sales Development Representative with FullStack, you’ll be responsible for identifying, contacting, and closing new meetings within an established ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). You’ll quickly become an expert at researching the nuances within our customer profiles that make someone a great fit for our services. In addition, you’ll be following a proven, successful process for cold prospecting using video, email, LinkedIn, and yes, cold-calling. You’ll be scheduling meetings for our Director of Inside Sales and as you learn more about our company and services, you'll eventually get promotion opportunities. We use tools like Apollo, Hippo Video, G-Suite, Hubspot, and a VOIP system. In your first week, you will learn our sales tools and processes, be trained on our service offerings, and start sending emails, texts, and making cold calls. In your second week, you make 100+ cold calls. In your third week, you will book a minimum of two meetings with potential prospects. By your second month, you will book at least eight meetings per month.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of professional Sales Development Representative, preferably in the SaaS or IT industry, experience.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
  • Strong understanding of the IT/SaaS industry, including common pain points and modern tech stacks.
  • Familiarity making outbound calls and sending cold emails to prospective clients.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Forensic attention to detail.
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
  • Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
  • Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
  • Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
