Qualifications

Active student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Review and prioritize user requests and alerts for digital applications.
Provide basic first-level support and guided troubleshooting activities.
Monitor BOTs and report anomalies.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Execute operational tasks such as process validation and SLA tracking.
Learn and apply Tableau, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL.
Collaborate with multicultural regional teams.
Participate in learning sessions and development activities.
