Boston Scientific is seeking an RPA Production Support Intern in Colombia to assist the LATAM Supply Chain team with digital tools and automation. You will gain hands-on experience in process documentation, first-level technical support, and monitoring bot activities.

You will learn to use Tableau, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL while collaborating with diverse regional teams and participating in learning sessions for professional growth.

Qualificações

• Active student or recent graduate in a technical field (CS, SE, analytics).
• Intermediate English; basic communication skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a team.
• Familiarity with computing basics or programming.

Responsabilidades

• Review and prioritize user requests and alerts for digital applications and automated solutions.
• Provide basic first-level support and guided troubleshooting.
• Monitor automated processes (BOTs) and report anomalies to the team.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Execute operational tasks such as process validation, SLA tracking, and basic report generation.
• Learn and apply tools such as Tableau, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL.
• Work collaboratively with multicultural and cross-functional regional teams.
• Participate in learning sessions and professional development activities.
