Responsibilities

• Designing and developing RPA workflows
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand process requirements
• Analyzing and optimizing business processes
• Testing, debugging, and deploying automation solutions
• Writing clean and maintainable automation scripts
• Written and verbal English communication
• Problem-solving and teamwork

What you have experience with

• Tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
• RPA scripting in C#, Python, or Java
• Documenting automation logic and workflows
• Integrating RPA with APIs or other systems
• Supporting and troubleshooting production bots

Nice-to-have

• RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer)
• Experience with AI/ML integration in automation
• Knowledge of process mining tools
• Familiarity with web services and RESTful APIs
• Business process analysis and documentation
