Medido Health in Bogotá is seeking an Automation Developer to design, build, and deploy RPA solutions that automate repetitive processes and boost operational efficiency. You will translate requirements into scalable bots using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Python RPA, or Rocketbot, and work with a global remote team.

You should have a BS in a technical field, at least 2 years of hands-on RPA experience, and familiarity with Python, .NET, Java, and SQL.

2+ years of hands-on RPA development experience.
BS in CS/Engineering/IS or related technical field.
RPA certification preferred (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer).
Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, Python RPA, or Rocketbot.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and document requirements.
Translate process documentation into functional workflows and optimize processes for automation.
Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions to improve performance and scalability.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure reliability and quality of RPA bots.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectures and implementation guides.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, security, and coding standards.
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA with existing systems and APIs.
Stay updated on RPA trends and share insights during team workshops or presentations.
