Incluyeme in Bogotá is looking for a qualified clinical support specialist to assist with joint replacement surgeries using the Mako Robotic System. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related fields, have fluency in English, be willing to travel, and potentially relocate within Colombia. Experience in a surgical environment is crucial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or similar.
• Fluency in English required for effective communication.
• Previous experience in a hospital or surgical environment is essential.
• Valid visa and passport, must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support joint replacement surgeries using Mako Robotic System.
• Provide clinical product support and on-site guidance.

• Prepare pre-operative CT scans for surgical planning.
• Resolve product issues efficiently for customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to enhance product awareness.
