Role Description
We’re looking for a RevOps leader who’s obsessed with performance, systems, and cash flow — someone who can jump into a high-ticket business, dissect every metric, and immediately find the money leaks.
This is not a support role. The results of your work should be visible in more revenue, higher close rates, and stronger profit margins. This is not a “support” role. It’s for someone who knows how to drive revenue through structure, precision, and relentless execution — and wants to grow with us long-term.
What You'll Do
- Full-Funnel Audit & Optimization: Analyze the entire journey — ads → lead → call → close → fulfillment → renewal — to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Revenue System Design: Architect automations and workflows that improve speed to lead, follow-up efficiency, retention, and upsell potential.
- Sales Performance Management: Build dashboards for conversion, show-up, and close rates; track daily/weekly metrics and drive accountability across the team.
- Marketing & CRM Alignment: Ensure marketing data flows cleanly into CRM and that sales feedback loops back into ad and funnel optimization.
- Fulfillment Efficiency: Identify where automation, delegation, or process redesign can improve client delivery, satisfaction, and LTV — while cutting manual load.
- Operational Forecasting: Establish data-driven revenue projections and scenario models to guide strategy and hiring decisions.
- Weekly RevOps Reviews: Lead recurring performance calls to surface insights, report on KPIs, and recommend immediate fixes that increase profitability.
- Profit Engineering: Analyze operational costs and recommend improvements that increase gross margin and net cash flow.
Who You Are
- A 7-figure business veteran — you’ve done RevOps or CRO work for multiple high-ticket companies (coaching, consulting, or agency models).
- You think in terms of leverage, automation, and velocity — not admin work.
- You’ve implemented tech stacks that actually get used — CRMs, dashboards, automations, and reporting systems that drive decisions and dollars.
- You have a deep understanding of both sales psychology and system architecture — you know how to blend human performance with automation.
- You speak the language of founders — fast, direct, and outcome-oriented.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven RevOps or CRO experience at 7- or 8-figure companies.
- Demonstrated success improving revenue, conversion rates, or profitability by 20%+.
- Ability to own full GTM operations — marketing, sales, and fulfillment systems.
- Obsessed with KPIs, automation, and scalable profit.
