International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Bogotá seeks an experienced Resources Management Officer to supervise financial, HR and administrative functions across the Country Office and sub-offices. You will ensure compliant budget execution, treasury, payroll, and procurement activities in alignment with donor agreements.

The role requires international experience, strong analytical skills and ability to implement robust internal controls while coordinating with UN and partner entities.

Formación

• Experience in financial and human resources management at the international level.
• Proven ability to supervise budgets, payroll and project cost control.
• Familiarity with UN or international organization procurement processes is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee financial, HR and other administrative functions of the Country Office and sub-offices.
• Monitor CO expenditures, prepare budget reports, and analyze variances.
• Supervise treasury, payroll, and contract management activities.
• Provide technical support to project managers throughout the grant lifecycle.
• Strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.
• Coordinate with LEG and GPSU for approvals of agreements and POs.
• Ensure compliance with IOM policies and donor requirements.
