Se ofrece un income mensual sin límite, con oportunidades de promoción tras 6 meses. Se requieren 2 años de experiencia, español nativo y fluidez en inglés (B2+). Formación

About our Sales Opportunity

Our sales professionals are among the highest paid in Bogota. Responsibilities
  • Providing advice and support to potential students and their inquiries (no cold calling), ensuring their needs are matched by our products.
  • Tracking sales and customers through our most advanced CRM system (Salesforce) and other business systems.
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and territory targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Native Spanish level and fluent in English (B2+).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Living abroad experience. Passion about traveling, education or language learning (non-exclusive).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sales-oriented and target driven. Ability to work under pressure when required.
Position Conditions
  • Mode: 100% on-site in Bogotá, D.C.
  • Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday (days off: Thursday and Friday). Shifts assigned based on designated region, between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
  • Contract: Fixed-term
  • Training: Included
Compensation and Benefits
  • Monthly income is uncapped.
  • Upon completion of the first 6 months in the role, automatic progression into the Sales Executive level.
  • 20 days of vacation.
