Valid8 Financial, Inc. is seeking a part‑time WordPress Administrator to manage batchdata.io, our marketing site, remotely. You will handle Elementor pages, HTML inserts, and the site’s SEO foundation, including XML sitemaps and GTM configuration.

You’ll work with marketing, product, and engineering teams, keeping WordPress updated and performance optimized while aligning with US hours.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on WordPress administration for marketing/landing sites
• Hands-on Elementor experience including custom HTML insertion
• Solid understanding of XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical URLs
• Experience with Google Search Console and basic SEO plugins
• Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager for tagging and analytics

Responsabilidades

• Administer WordPress core, themes, and plugins updates regularly
• Manage Cloudways hosting, backups, caching, and server issues
• Keep content accurate across pages, pricing, Terms, and policy pages
• Own technical SEO: sitemaps, structured data, schema, and Yoast
• Monitor Search Console issues and Core Web Vitals, fix issues
• Improve site performance with image optimization and caching
• Maintain GTM container and deployment of tags and conversions
• Support SEO content tools and automated publishing integrations
• Enforce security practices and perform regular scans
• Coordinate with marketing/engineering in Jira and resolve issues
• Ensure critical pages (privacy, contact, demo) stay functional
