Veta Virtual is seeking a WordPress Support Developer to own frontend to backend builds for U.S.-based clients, delivering complete WordPress sites from concept to launch. You should blend strong WordPress skills with design sensibility and a focus on improving outcomes rather than just tickets.

This mid-to-senior role offers 100% remote work, with LATAM/Europe candidates considered, a salary in USD, and opportunities to grow into a senior or lead technical position as the web department scales.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of hands-on WordPress experience, including full site builds.
• Strong UI/UX sensibility with wireframing/mocking tools (Figma, Canva).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience setting up conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel).
• Experience managing themes, plugins, and page builders.

Responsabilidades

• Build complete WordPress websites from concept to launch using templates.
• Lead visual direction and design mockups for new site builds.
• Join client onboarding to align on brand and goals.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking to improve lead generation.
• Troubleshoot themes, plugins, and performance issues.
• Maintain and update existing sites with content and pages.
• Collaborate with hosting environments and basic server checks.
• Document fixes and processes for knowledge base.
