YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support a remote, worldwide project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, and UI/UX evaluation. You will assess AI-generated output and provide expert feedback from a human-data perspective.

Required are paid experience in AI human-data work, strong design skills, and proficiency with Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, and other tools. This is a flexible, contractor-style engagement for remote collaboration.

Formación

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related creative fields.
• Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).

Responsabilidades

• Complete structured creative tasks using industry tools to support AI training.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to workflows and tool usage.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within timelines.
