Blacksmith Agency, a US-focused web design partner, seeks a senior UI Systems Designer. You own how client design systems are built, turning brands and references into a scalable token-driven system. This role requires leadership in token architecture and component libraries across several brands.

You will document the system for developers and pipelines, ensuring accuracy and repeatability, while collaborating with multiple client teams across time zones.

Formación

• 4+ years designing for the web with design systems in portfolio.
• Fluency in Figma variables, components, auto layout and variants.
• Portfolio showing multi-brand design systems with consistent rigor.
• Strong English and overlap with US business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Build token architecture in Figma using variables, modes and semantic naming.
• Ship core component libraries that scale across whole sites.
• Document the system so developers and pipelines can execute it.
• Work across several client brands with consistent structural rigor.
