Productive Playhouse is seeking an AI Evaluator contractor to assess and improve language model responses. You will join structured evaluation tasks, interacting with AI models, and delivering results in written or recorded formats.

Work is remote with flexible hours; start within 48 hours and align with project SOWs. You will manage tasks batch by batch, selecting suitable work while collaborating with a global data and language services team.

Qualifications

• Native or expert-level fluency in Spanish (Latin America).
• Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Hands-on experience using AI models or large language models.
• Comfortable with both written and voice-based conversation and sharp follow-ups.
• Own smartphone, computer, reliable internet, and comfort with web-based tools.
• Able to pass language and technical assessments.
• Responsive communicator; quick onboarding within 48 hours.

Responsibilities

• Testing and evaluating AI chatbots or language models through structured conversations with set goals.
• Conducting voice-based interactions; sessions may be recorded or shared with clients.
• Submitting deliverables (write-ups, ratings, screenshots, or recordings) as specified.
