Job summary

Conexwest is seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor to turn raw footage and everyday moments into engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You will edit, caption, and add graphics, hooks, and music; manage a content calendar; and help define our brand voice while working remotely on a full-time basis.

Portfolio required; a paid editing test will be used to evaluate creativity, storytelling, and pacing.

Qualifications

• Experience creating Reels, TikToks, and short-form video content.
• Proficient with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts and other short-form content.
• Turn raw footage into polished, engaging videos with captions and overlays.
• Add hooks, transitions, music, sound effects, and graphics.
• Develop creative concepts and regularly bring new content ideas.
• Manage the social media content calendar and posting schedule.
• Write short, engaging captions and repurpose footage into multiple pieces.
