Insight Assurance is a global audit firm delivering SOC 1/2/3, HIPAA, and other security/privacy framework audits. The Manager will lead engagements, supervise staff, and drive client relationships in a fully remote LATAM-friendly role.

Applicants should have 4+ years in IT audits, experience with GRC tools (Vanta/Drata/Secureframe), and relevant certifications. Remote work options include Panamá hybrid arrangements and international client work.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, business, cybersecurity, or MIS.
• At least 4 years performing IT audit engagements (Big 4 or equivalent).
• Experience with GRC and compliance automation tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute IT audit engagements (SOC 1/2/3, HIPAA, other frameworks).
• Evaluate design/effectiveness of technology controls.
• Identify and communicate IT audit findings to management.
• Supervise IT audit staff and provide performance feedback.
• Prepare weekly status reports and communicate risks proactively.
