Job summary

Truelogic is seeking a Senior Technical Product / Program Manager to lead two major initiatives: an AI/data platform implementation and a large-scale Shopify ecommerce launch. You will coordinate between business stakeholders, internal tech teams, and external vendors to drive requirements, UAT, adoption, and handoff.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in senior tech PM roles, hands-on Shopify experience, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Senior PM/TPM roles.
• Experience with AI, data, analytics, or digital platforms.
• Hands-on Shopify experience for high-traffic launches.
• Experience managing external vendors against SOWs.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce infrastructure, security, scalability, traffic, and checkout performance.
• Experience leading UAT, requirements gathering, launch readiness, risk management, and go-live activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
• Availability for immediate start with strong U.S. time-zone overlap.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technology initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage external vendors against SOWs, milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring accountability and delivery.
• Coordinate the implementation and MVP delivery of an AI/data platform, including requirements gathering, UAT, adoption, and handoff.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Lead Shopify ecommerce launch readiness, coordinating vendors, infrastructure, security, load testing, and checkout performance.
• Coordinate go-live activities, risk management, issue escalation, and real-time communication during launches.
• Maintain clear project documentation, decisions, risks, processes, and handoff materials.
