Velozient is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our U.S. client on a full-time remote basis with hybrid work options. The role focuses on maintaining reliability for PHP/Laravel applications and managing AWS infrastructure, including EKS, EC2, S3, and VPC.

You will debug production issues, contribute code changes via pull requests, and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize performance and uptime. 7+ years in SRE and strong English communication are essential.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in SRE.
• Hands-on AWS infrastructure, especially EKS.
• Experience with PHP/Laravel applications.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration.
• Experience reading and debugging application code.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain the reliability and performance of PHP/Laravel applications and services.
• Support AWS infrastructure, including AWS EKS, EC2, S3, VPC, and related services.
• Address production issues and bugs, develop fixes.
• Read and debug application code to identify issues.
• Create pull requests for code changes and participate in CI/CD.
• Monitor performance, uptime, and coordinate with teams; participate in on-call rotation.
