BairesDev is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to design and scale ML lifecycles, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and robust infrastructure. You will partner with data scientists to productionize models and optimize performance.

The role emphasizes automation, governance, security, and reliability across ML workflows, with remote work and USD or local currency compensation options.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or ML infrastructure.
• Strong background in software architecture design.
• Deep understanding of system security.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and ML lifecycle management.
• Experience with cloud environments and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
• Ability to evaluate and select MLOps tools and technologies.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
• Automate model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and versioning.
• Build and optimize ML infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and high performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to productionize models and streamline workflows.
• Establish monitoring systems and automate feedback loops for model performance.
• Implement best practices in automation, governance, and reproducibility.
• Evaluate and integrate modern MLOps tools and frameworks.
• Ensure compliance, security, and scalability of ML systems in production.
