Job summary

Jeeves is a remote, full-time role focused on building the data foundation for credit risk, integrating external data sources and ensuring data accuracy for underwriting decisions.

You will develop models, dashboards, and automated workflows to monitor portfolio health, identify high-risk accounts, and support policy changes with measurable impact. Strong SQL, Python, data storytelling, and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of analytics experience in credit risk (cards/payments/lending).
• Advanced SQL and data-quality validation on large data sets.
• Python for analysis and modeling (regression, segmentation, clustering).
• Experience with version control (GitHub) is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to own projects end-to-end.
• Experience with external data sources (bureau, banking, open finance, tax).
• Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) in analytics.
• English fluency; overlap with Latin American business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead data foundation tasks: integrate/validate external data sources and ensure data quality.
• Develop and refine underwriting criteria using internal/external data.
• Monitor portfolio health with dashboards and early-warning signals.
• Build and validate credit risk models and automate decisioning rules.
• Collaborate with AI initiatives and translate model results for leadership.
