Qualifications

3+ years of experience in business analysis.
Experience in detailed business process analysis.
Experience with database querying and advanced data analysis methods.
Advanced knowledge of business modeling and requirements management tools.
Basic IT systems and infrastructure knowledge.
Experience in developing detailed business requirement documents.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

Lead business process analysis and requirements gathering for complex projects.
Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and support strategic decisions.
Develop detailed business cases, including cost-benefit analysis, to justify initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to drive consensus.
Mentor junior business analysts and provide guidance on best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
