Gratia is seeking 2-3 RevOps specialists to augment our team for the next 6+ months. This individual contributor role will operate under the VP of RevOps to stabilize and support a skeleton-crew during a critical integration and planning window.

Fully remote; distributed team across East/Central time zones with UK partners. You will execute core revenue operations activities, including territory design, data enrichment, forecasting, and pipeline management, to align GTM efforts post-acquisition.

Formación

• Proven experience in Revenue/Sales Operations or strategy consulting within B2B SaaS or scaled orgs.
• CRM data integrity and basic admin responsibilities (Salesforce).
• Forecasting using Gong and call intelligence tools.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; SQL basics; BI tools.
• Owner mentality with AI-first approach in analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with VP RevOps and Chief Customer Officer across multiple business units.
• Execute core RevOps activities during budget and GTM planning cycles.
• Support the integration of a large acquisition and consolidate GTM teams.
• Own fundamentals: territory design, account routing, CRM data enrichment, segmentation, and forecasting.
• Identify and resolve friction points in coverage, routing, data integrity, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Finance/FP&A, Marketing, and Enterprise Systems for KPI alignment.
