Job summary

Kojo seeks a detail-oriented RevOps professional to own custom quotes, DOCuSign envelopes, and Salesforce data integrity in a fully remote Americas role. You will translate complex agreements into accurate orders, coordinate with the go-to-market teams, and drive efficient, scalable revenue operations.

In this role you handle co-terms, prorations, and multi-year contracts, ensuring clean data post-signature and enabling rapid renewal conversations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in revenue operations or deal desk at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on in Salesforce with reports, data model, and configuration changes.
• DocuSign experience for Salesforce or related tooling.
• Contract math: prorations, co-terms, day counts, and multi-year totals.
• Precise written English for communication with reps, CSAs, and customers.
• Organized, proactive, and quick to close the loop on requests.
• Based in Latin America with daily overlap with US Central time.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate opportunities, quotes, orders, and DocuSign envelopes.
• Diagnose why quotes or docs are incorrect and fix the SFDC data.
• Manage the approval layer and ensure proper sign-offs before sending envelopes.
• Triaging RevOps questions, routing to tool owners when needed.
• Ensure post-signature data matches the contract and supports renewals.
• Identify recurring patterns and build templates or fixes.
