BairesDev is seeking a Rails Developer to lead full-stack engineering by owning the Rails backend and pairing it with React or Vue frontends. You will connect server-side logic with interactive interfaces, enabling seamless data flow and high-performance delivery.

The role emphasizes building scalable systems with PostgreSQL, RSpec tests, and AWS deployments, while communicating in English and collaborating in a global, 100% remote team.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Experience building full-stack apps with Rails backends and React or Vue frontends.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills and writing automated tests with RSpec.
• Hands-on AWS deployment and asynchronous processing tasks.
• Solid TypeScript knowledge and use in modern web frameworks.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web apps using Ruby on Rails and React or Vue.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs for frontend-backend communication.
• Write clean, maintainable Ruby code and implement automated tests with RSpec.
• Manage data persistence and optimize complex PostgreSQL queries.
• Implement asynchronous processing and background jobs for performance.
• Deploy and manage apps within AWS environments with reliability and security.
