Job summary

Outlier’s Coding Program offers a remote, flexible opportunity for engineers to help train AI models by reviewing and ranking AI-generated code. You will contribute to prompts, quality checks, and scoring across multiple criteria, with no AI experience required.

Eligible Latin American applicants can participate, with rates up to $34 USD per hour and additional incentives. This is a 1099 contract through Outlier.ai; you must be authorized to work in your country of residence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write CS questions: develop clear prompts challenging AI models' coding ability.
