A technology company in Colombia is seeking a QA Automation Engineer with expertise in test automation and GCP. You will design and maintain automated tests, execute functional tests, and optimize CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate has robust experience with Cypress, API testing, and a background in functional QA. Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in test automation with JavaScript.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cypress for E2E testing.
• Experience with API testing (Postman, JS libraries).
• Experience with GCP services including Cloud Functions and App Engine.
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions.
• At least 1 year of experience in functional QA.
• Fluent English - minimum B2 level.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain automated tests using Cypress.
• Execute and document functional tests for business scenarios.
• Perform API testing to validate backend services.
• Configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions.
• Work with GCP services such as Cloud Functions and Workflows.
• Refactor and improve coverage of legacy code.
• Participate in defining effective testing practices.
• Execute cross-browser and multi-device testing.
