Job summary

Dev.Pro, a US-based outsourced software development company, seeks an Intermediate Test Engineer to join a remote-first, globally distributed team. You will validate new functionality, execute both manual and automated testing, and gradually increase automation work with Playwright in a payments platform project.

You will collaborate with QA engineers and developers across Latin America and beyond, applying strong QA practices and hands-on automation to ensure product quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on QA experience.
• Experience with test automation using C# or another language such as Java or Python.
• Hands-on experience with UI automation using Playwright or a similar tool.
• Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of QA and test automation practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using C#, Playwright, and other relevant tools.
• Execute manual testing to validate new and existing functionality.
• Review requirements and product functionality to identify potential issues and testing needs.
• Analyze test results and investigate failures and defects to help identify their root causes.
• Contribute to improving test coverage and expanding test automation.
• Collaborate with developers and other QA engineers to clarify requirements, resolve defects, and ensure product quality.
