Job summary

BairesDev in a globally distributed, fully remote environment is seeking a QA Automation Engineer (Playwright) to own the QA domain for a fast-moving startup. You will build advanced test suites and perform root-cause analysis while providing first-line customer support during US business hours.

You will work with AI-assisted development tools, patch issues on git branches for the core team, and help improve testing coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in QA automation.
• Strong proficiency with Playwright.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code).
• Excellent English communication; able to work US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated test suites with Playwright.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and bug reporting.
• Provide first-line customer support in US time zones.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize testing workflows.
• Patch minor issues directly on git branches.
