Alignerr is seeking a Software Engineer (AI Training) to help shape how the next generation of AI understands and generates software. This fully remote, hourly contract role involves writing, reviewing, and improving AI-generated code, and providing expert feedback to improve safety and reliability.

This hands-on engineering work prioritizes clear reasoning and independent work, with 10–40 hours per week and a strong emphasis on practical impact across languages and platforms.

Formación

• Proficient in one or more programming languages.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Able to read, write, and reason about code with clarity.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and readability.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and bottlenecks.
• Provide structured feedback explaining code decisions.
• Design prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Rank AI solutions by engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
