Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Compliance Counsel located in Colombia to ensure digital products, marketing materials, and AI features meet EU and US regulatory standards. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to identify risks and implement controls.

The ideal candidate has a law degree and strong knowledge of consumer protection laws in the EU/US, with experience in platform guidelines and AI governance.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Law or equivalent.
• Knowledge of consumer protection in EU/US for digital products.

Responsibilities

• Review product specifications for compliance with legal requirements and platform policies.
• Advise Marketing on consumer protection, advertising standards, and regulatory risks.
• Monitor regulatory developments in the EU and US and communicate updates to teams.
• Track sanctions-related developments and help maintain internal sanctions policies.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and practical playbooks for the organization.
• Review AI-enabled products for regulatory compliance and governance alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance into product development.
